The machine is used to process both external and internal bevel edges of flat shape glass; the diameter range of processing is from 100mm to 2000mm.  The internal min hole is 100mm.  It adopts a vacuum method to fix the glass tight to Satellite Rotation Table.  The Satellite Rotation Table is driven by a powerful motor and the speed is adjusted by the frequency changer.  

 

Shape glass can be edged and polished automatically by means of a gas cylinder.  When grinding external edges, three wheels can be applied:  coarse grinding wheel, fine grinding wheel, and polishing wheel.  Cup grinding wheel does the bevelling, the gears system is used to incline the grinding spindle, thus to ensure the grinding can be finished by one side of the wheel.
